Dr. Osamu Yoshino is a highly experienced General and Hepatopancreatobiliary (HPB) surgeon renowned for his minimally invasive and robotic surgery expertise. With over 15 years of specialisation across Australia, the United States, and Japan, Dr. Yoshino is a distinguished Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS).

Recognised as one of the highest-volume HPB surgeons in the region, he has performed over One hundred pancreatectomies, including complex resections for locally advanced pancreatic cancer. He has conducted more than 30 intricate vascular reconstructions. His surgical achievements include approximately 100 hepatectomies, showcasing his comprehensive expertise in liver surgery.

As a pioneer in keyhole (minimally invasive) techniques, Dr. Yoshino is one of the few specialists in the Asia-Pacific region who can offer fully minimally invasive procedures for general, liver, pancreatic, and biliary surgeries. As a leader in robotic HPB surgery, he is committed to advancing the field, regularly teaching and mentoring both general and HPB surgeons nationwide, thereby setting new standards in surgical excellence.
